These terms cover your use of the FizzLab game.

Using FizzLab

FizzLab is provided for entertainment. Drink names, sales, reviews, orders and campaign results are simulated and do not represent real business performance.

Your progress

Game progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app or losing your device may remove progress because there is no account or cloud backup.

Free to play

FizzLab is completely free. The whole game — unlimited launches, full progression and every tool — is unlocked from the first launch. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads, and nothing to restore.

Availability

We may release updates that add recipes, change balancing or adjust features. Some features depend on iOS capabilities on your device.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FizzLab is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
