We’re a small Australian studio and we read every message. Email us about any of our apps and a real person will get back to you — usually within a couple of days.

The fastest way to reach us. Tell us which app you’re using, your device and iOS version, and what happened. For lost progress, also say whether you reinstalled the app or changed devices. Please don’t send passwords, payment details or sensitive content.

If an app includes a paid unlock or subscription, open that app’s Pro, Upgrade or Settings screen and use Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. App Store billing, refunds and subscription cancellation are managed by Apple.
