Piksta Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Piksta app.
Using Piksta
Piksta is a sports-prediction competition app for personal groups. You agree to use it lawfully, keep sign-in details secure, and avoid harassing or abusing other comp members.
Comps and scoring
Comp owners choose the rules, lockout settings, sports and scoring options that apply to their comp. Piksta scores picks automatically once results are available, but sports data and odds can be delayed, unavailable or corrected by upstream providers.
No betting or payment handling
Piksta does not collect entry fees, process payments between members, hold prize money or act as a gambling service. Any private arrangements between comp members happen outside the app.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the profile details, comp names, banter and other content you enter. Do not post unlawful, abusive or private information about other people without permission.
Purchases and availability
The optional Remove Ads purchase is sold through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple terms. We may update Piksta, change features, or temporarily lose access to sports data providers or iCloud services that the app depends on.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Piksta is provided "as is". We are not responsible for private prize disputes, missed picks, delayed data, lost device data, upstream sports-data errors or outcomes from comps arranged between users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
