Piksta Delete Your Account

How to delete your Piksta account and everything attached to it, and what happens afterwards.

Delete it from inside the app

Open Piksta on iPhone or Android, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm. It happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no need to contact us.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@ejmdigital.com.au from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Piksta account”. We action these within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile — name, display name, avatar and cosmetics. Every pick and tip you have made, including Last Man Standing picks. Your banter posts, and the reactions on them. Your comp memberships and your rows on every ladder. Your notification preferences, push tokens, widget credentials and Live Activity tokens. Your Piksta Pro entitlement record on our servers. Any reports you made about other people’s posts. It is deleted, not anonymised, and it cannot be restored.

What happens to comps you created

A comp you own is handed to the longest-standing remaining member, so nobody else loses their season because you left. If you were the only member left, the comp is deleted with your account.

What is kept, and for how long

One record: a tombstone holding your former account identifier and the time of deletion. It carries no name, no email address and no content. It exists so that a sign-in token issued before you deleted the account cannot be used to bring it back, and it is kept indefinitely for that reason. Separately, if somebody else reported a post of yours before you deleted your account, their report — including the text of that post — stays with them, because it is their record of a complaint and not yours to remove.

Diagnostics and purchases

Usage diagnostics are unaffected, because they were never linked to your account — they are tied only to a random identifier created on your install, which is destroyed when you remove the app. Deleting your Piksta account does not cancel a subscription: manage or cancel Piksta Pro in the App Store or Google Play, whichever you bought it from.
