These terms cover your use of the Tiny Checkpoint game.

Using Tiny Checkpoint

Tiny Checkpoint is provided for entertainment. The travellers, documents, incidents and outcomes are fictional and are not immigration, customs, legal or travel advice.

Your progress

Game progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app, resetting your device or losing your device may remove progress because there is no EJM Digital account or cloud backup.

Purchase

Tiny Checkpoint is intended as a paid upfront App Store game. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. If Apple provides restore or family sharing features for the purchase, those are managed through your Apple ID.

Availability

We may release updates that add cases, adjust balance, improve accessibility or change features. Some features depend on iOS capabilities on your device.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Checkpoint is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
