These terms cover your use of the Black Box Investigations game.

Using Black Box Investigations

Black Box Investigations is provided for entertainment and reasoning practice. The cases, evidence, airlines, aircraft, crew and findings are fictional and are not aviation safety advice, legal advice or commentary on any real incident.

Your progress

Game progress, notes and settings are stored on your device. Deleting the app, resetting your device or losing your device may remove progress because there is no EJM Digital account or cloud backup.

Free case and Full Archive Unlock

The app includes a free fictional investigation. Full Archive Unlock is a one-time purchase through the App Store that opens the complete case archive. Restore purchases is available on a new device signed in to the same Apple ID.

Availability

We may release updates that add cases, adjust scoring, improve accessibility or change features. Some features depend on iOS capabilities on your device.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Black Box Investigations is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
